Assistant, Marketing & Artist Development

Our Marketing Assistant will focus primarily on the support of the Jesse Wylde and and partner closely with marketing support functions.

  • LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, make travel arrangements, submit expense reports, process invoices, detailed note taking, vendor relations, etc.

  • Coordinating artist travel bookings with head of artist relations

  • Assisting PMs/DMs on organizing content shoots for roster acts

  • Update daily / weekly streaming & invoice tracker

  • Oversight of creative agreement pipeline (video + artwork)

  • Oversee ticketing facilitating label buys & managing guest lists 

  • Maintain artist calendars & touring schedules across all roster artists

  • Management of scheduling requests cross functionally with Production team 

  • Source and produce promotional items & assist in producing experiential events

  • Produce, edit & upload short form video content as needed

  • Hire interns as needed and oversee their work

  • Update & maintain Business Development pipeline

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years managing executive calendars and providing support functions

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Mac OS.

  • Adept at creating creative assets for tour marketing, merchandise & e-commerce (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut)

  • Bonus: Experience with Ableton Live / alternative live audio mixing

Compensation Range

  • $19/hour - $20/hour

  • The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualification of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
