We are looking for an assistant to support our Production & Distribution Directors with administrative duties.
TITLE: Assistant, Production & Distribution
REPORTS TO: Production & Distribution Directors
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities
Perform basic quality control reviews of music and video deliveries
Support A&R admin with third party payment processing (producers, side artist, studios, mixers, etc.) setting up new vendors, communicating with them regarding payments, and submitting documents for approval ● Support A&R admin with filing agreements, logging terms, keeping master charts up to date
Take notes on the Distribution and Partner production meetings, send weekly emails to the team re: outstanding assets
Review and act on daily to-dos in YouTube CMS, engage in regular review of top assets and conduct manual claiming and conduct daily review of video uploads for accurate tagging
Drafting client newsletter, keeping mailing list up to date, assist in planning and execution of client facing webinars
Assist with competitor research to build out a robust competitor analysis
Review client application requests for promising leads
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Mac OS
Highly organized with experience managing multiple priorities
Beneficial Experience
Photoshop
YouTube CMS certifications
Education
College degree preferred
Budget
$19.00 - $20.00/hourly
