TITLE: Sync & Licensing Assistant
REPORTS TO: VP, Sync
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities
Sync Administration:
Aid the team and department head with daily administrative tasks; serve as the central point of contact for the Sync team facilitating communication and coordination across all internal departments
Help track and manage licensing requests, daily communication with publishing administration on approvals and negotiations, and send out sync alerts when licenses are confirmed
Revenue income tracking with finance department on outstanding invoices, payments and collections on sync uses, serve as day-to-day sync liaison with finance department
Maintain and update team documents and databases, DISCO and Box Accounts
Facilitate audio ingestion and deliveries, collection of metadata, assets and splits
Manage creative project tracking databases and ongoing research of new projects and respective personnel
Oversee sync interns, prioritization and execution of tasks, training, and quarterly vetting of new prospective interns
Sync Creative:
Overflow support on team creative briefs
Creation of monthly playlists for creative blasts and general client outreach
Organize and attend team and artist meetings; assist with monthly reports, targets, and brainstorms on sync pitching initiatives
External community representation and support at events/shows; assist with coordinating sync-specific events and tickets for internal and external clients
Assist in development of strategic plans for artist placements in various media
Build relationships with studio coordinators and music supervisors
Beneficial Experience
1 – 2 years of relevant work or internship experience
Experience with DISCO
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation Range
$19 - $21 / hour
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualification of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, and certifications or other professional licenses held. All candidates are encouraged to apply.
