We are looking for an established Producer or Songwriter to become a VP of A&R and In-House Producer.

  • TITLE: VP Pop Publishing A&R & In-House Producer

  • REPORTS TO: SVP of A&R, Publishing

  • LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

  • Passion for music, especially pop music

  • 10,000 hours of studio time

  • Great at time management

  • Calm under pressure

Key Responsibilities 

  • Service a roster of publishing clients

  • Book and run studio sessions 

  • Find and sign talent

  • Work on in house productions

  • Vocal produce clients

  • Manage a small team of employees

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of production or songwriting experience

  • Ability to vocal produce

  • Efficient in Protools, 1-3 DAW’s, Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Mac OS.

Education

  • College degree preferred

Compensation Range

  • $120k - $200k

  • The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualification of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
