We are looking for an established Producer or Songwriter to become a VP of A&R and In-House Producer.
TITLE: VP Pop Publishing A&R & In-House Producer
REPORTS TO: SVP of A&R, Publishing
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

10,000 hours of studio time
Great at time management
Calm under pressure
Key Responsibilities
Service a roster of publishing clients
Book and run studio sessions
Find and sign talent
Work on in house productions
Vocal produce clients
Manage a small team of employees
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of production or songwriting experience
Ability to vocal produce
Efficient in Protools, 1-3 DAW’s, Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Mac OS.
Education
College degree preferred
Compensation Range
$120k - $200k
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualification of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, and certifications or other professional licenses held. All candidates are encouraged to apply.
